"State Farm Car & Home rates keep going up every other month Any car claims we have put in we have had no problem’s always good service But Home Owners Insurance is AWFUL We have been with State Farm for Years This is our First home claim we have ever put in It’s been terrible!!! We put a claim this year for a new roof due to hail damage (we had a roofer took pictures) but State Farm guys came out & we were denied even though we have a roofer pictures showing the damage We have requested several times to have them review & send us pictures of State Farm’s pictures & they took when they came out we have been waiting for MONTHS no call back & we continuously leaving messages Going in again in the office to see if we can get some answers it’s very frustrating"
