"For those considering getting insurance, let me recommend you look elsewhere. From the first day I contacted this agency 6 months ago I have had a horrible series of experiences including errors and poor communication but also possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
This prompted me to look elsewhere for insurance and I was shocked to discover how much lower my premiums are on my new policies at the other companies.
After finding way lower premiums at other insurers, I called today to cancel with Tom Peck State Farm. I had the misfortune of speaking with Denero R. who provided a climactic finale by raising his voice to me , speaking over me and in the end hanging up on me. It is the single worst customer service experience I have ever had. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said she (Laura) wasn't available and that he would take a message and ask her to call back and when I stated that I was skeptical she would call back, he lost his temper and practically shouted at me before hanging up on me. I called right back and it was his supervisor, Laura, who answered the call--the same person Denero had just stated was not available.
I recommend to anyone looking for insurance to be very careful if you do business with this agency and look at your documents very closely to ensure you know what you are signing and getting. Also do some calling around , I saved over $1,000 by shopping just with simple Google searches."
